Policy Overview

At Behealthy, we carefully manage order processing and fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

If an issue arises, customers may submit a return request within 60 days from the date the order is received.

Returns are strictly limited to provider-side fulfillment or shipping issues, including incorrect items, items damaged during transit, or shipping loss confirmed by the carrier.

A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is provided

The return request has been approved in advance; items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear

Items sold as part of promotions, bundles, Buy One Get One offers, or orders that include free gifts

Customized or special-order items

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery

The Return Process

Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: If a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before any refund is approved.

Refund Timeline

Approval: Once the return is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing: Refunds typically appear within 10 business days.

Follow-up: If the refund has not appeared after 15 business days, customers may contact support for assistance.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified within 6 hours from the time the order is placed and recorded in our system. This timeframe allows our team to promptly begin processing and preparing orders for shipment.

If a cancellation request is received after the initial 6-hour window, a 10% processing deduction may apply. This is related to handling, preparation, and packaging steps that may already be in progress as part of our fulfillment process.

Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the items are no longer wanted, the package must first be delivered and then reviewed under the return policy.

How to Request a Change

To request a cancellation or modification, customers must provide the order number along with clear details of the requested change. Requests should be submitted as early as possible to ensure they can be reviewed before shipping.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided that the items are:

– Unused, with tags and original packaging.

– Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
